Our friendly team can answer any questions, queries or concerns you may have about adapting your bathroom.
If you’d like to arrange a free home survey, we’ll simply take a few details and book a convenient time for one of our experienced surveyors to visit.
2. FREE HOME SURVEY
One of our experienced surveyors will visit your home to discuss your needs, assess your existing bathroom and answer any questions you may have.
This is not a sales appointment. We’ll talk you through the available options, show you samples and discuss what solutions would work best for you, your home and your budget.
There is no obligation to proceed, and we won’t ask for a deposit or expect you to place an order during the appointment.
3. 3D DESIGN & PROPOSAL
Following your home survey, we’ll prepare a personalised bathroom proposal tailored to your requirements.
This includes a clear quotation, product recommendations and a realistic 3D design so you can see exactly how your new bathroom could look before proceeding.
There is no pressure to proceed – take the time you need to review your proposal and discuss with family before making a decision.
4. BOOKING YOUR INSTALLATION
Once you’re happy to proceed, we’ll arrange a convenient installation date and guide you through the next steps.
We’ll order all materials, coordinate every aspect of the project and keep you updated throughout the lead time, ensuring everything is ready for a smooth and hassle-free installation.
We’ll keep you informed every step of the way, so you always know what to expect and when.
5. PROFESSIONAL INSTALLATION
Our experienced installers will transform your bathroom with care and attention to detail, treating your home with the utmost respect throughout the project.
We work efficiently and professionally to minimise disruption, keeping you informed throughout the installation.
Once the work is complete, we’ll remove all waste materials and leave your home clean, tidy and ready for you to enjoy.
6. HANDOVER & AFTERCARE
Once your installation is complete, your installer will carry out a full handover to ensure you’re completely happy with your new bathroom.
They’ll explain how everything works, answer any questions and make sure you’re confident using your new bathroom, ready to enjoy your first bath or shower.
You’ll also receive details of your product warranties, along with the reassurance that our friendly team is only a phone call away should you ever need assistance in the future.

Will I have a choice of furnishings and accessories?
Yes. The entire design will be centred around your needs and wishes. See our case studies here, where we have multiple examples of using a range of products to provide solutions to different mobility issues.
Do I need to come to the showroom to discuss my bathroom?
No. Our process is designed for you to receive your quotation and designs from the comfort of your own home. Our showroom is only for those who wish to also see our designs in person, but you are not required to make the trip.
How long can my new bathroom be expected to take?
We pride ourselves on efficient installation as mobility bathroom installers, and we aim to complete all installations within 2 weeks from your point of order. Our installations can be fitted in just 1 day* – with minimal disruption and you will not be left without a toilet facility.
*This is based on a bath-for-bath replacement, alternative configurations can be completed with a 3-5 day installation.
My bathroom is only small, can you still redesign it?
Yes. We will send out one of our experienced in-house team to evaluate your bathroom space and discuss your requirements. Our designs are incredibly flexible, and we have experience in installing small shower rooms for customers.
How do I know which bath or shower is right for my needs?
This would be discussed during your consultation with a knowledgeable member of our team. For example, wheelchair users may benefit from a different bathroom range than those with general limited mobility, and disabled bathrooms may look different to accessible bathrooms. We are highly experienced in finding the perfect solution for your needs.
Will the installation cause a lot of disruption to my home?
Our installation team have been praised in several reviews for their fast and efficient service. This is why we take only one day to fit bath-for-bath replacements, and 2 weeks to install from your point of order.
